Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LuckyPaw TCG.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products (including but not limited to trading cards, collectibles, and entertainment items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.

2. No Refunds

LuckyPaw TCG does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Market price fluctuations.

  • Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the contents (e.g., slight corner dings on boxes).

3. Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that your shipping address and the items in your cart are correct before finalizing your payment.

Please shop carefully. While we understand that special circumstances may arise, please note that all order cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
There will be NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on preorder product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
IF YOU FORGET TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE WE WILL NOT ADJUST IT. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT CODES GIVEN OR ANYTHING. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL IT STILL FALLS UNDER OUR POLICY OF 10% FEE.

IF YOU ARE FOUND GUILTY OF USING A BOT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED, YOU WILL BE IP BANNED, AND YOU WILL BE HIT WITH A 10% FEE!

4. Damaged or Defective Items 

In the rare event that you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us at Admin@luckypawtcg.com within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a review, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or unboxing videos of the package and the item in question.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

LuckyPaw TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
